LOW ENERGY

All homes have sufficient roof area facing southeast at a good slope that is free of obstruction for the installation of photovoltaic (PV) panels for the generation of electricity. The standing seam metal roofing allows for easy installation without penetration of the roofing surface.

 

Home Model A-1: analysis determined that a 3.90kW PV system can fit on the 2nd story roof and could produce enough electricity to to meet the annual electricity needs of an average family.

 

Home Model A-2: analysis determined that a 4.20kW PV system can fit on the garage roof and could produce enough electricity to meet the annual electricity needs of an average family.

 

Home Model A-3: analysis determined that a 4.48kW PV system can fit on the garage roof and could produce enough electricity to meet the annual electricity needs of an average family.

 

Home Model B-1: analysis determined that a 4.20kW PV system can fit on the 2nd floor roof and could produce enough electricity to meet the annual electricity needs of an average family.

 

Home Model B-2: analysis determined that a 4.20kW PV system can fit on the 2nd floor roof and could produce enough electricity to meet the annual electricity needs of an average family.
